The Rent2Own Solutions program allows you to purchase ANY home that is currently on the market (any home you see on Zillow, or Trulia, or realtor.com. We are able to finance the purchase of the home!)

You will need to have a 10% down payment saved, payable at the time of entering the Rent-to-Own contract. Closing costs are 1% of the purchase price, payable at closing and possession of your new home. Our interest rates are variable and dependent on your credit score, income, and debt to income ratio. We can finance anyone. Interest rates range from 8-15%. For taking on the additional risk of a Rent2Own, we charge a 5% fee on top of the list price (which is added into the loan... see the example payments below).

This program is designed to get you in the homes of your dreams NOW,  position you to gain personal and financial growth, and this program is structured to prepare you to take out a bank loan within 5 years. This program is designed for an individual with imperfect credit or has other obstacles in obtaining a mortgage loan (work history, student loan debt, etc).

Individuals with imperfect credit will be required to participate in a FREE credit counseling workshop which will provide you with information and tools to improve your credit.

Rent2Own Solutions 5% fee: $5,000
Your Purchase Price: $105,000
Down Payment Required: $10,500
Closing Costs: $1050

Total $$ needed to buy: $11,550

Example 2:
List price: $75,000
Rent2Own Solutions 5% fee: $3,750
Your Purchase Price: $78,750
Down Payment Required: $7,875
Closing Costs: $787.50

Total $$ needed to buy: $8,662.50

We are also able to work in reverse with you on your budget to ensure your monthly payments are designed to help you succeed at this program. You tell us what you want your monthly payment to be, how much of a down payment you have saved, and your monthly income, and we can find a home that fits your budget and criteria.

The best part about it is that you can choose ANY home that is on the market, and not just choose from 5 or 10 properties that we are offering as a rent-to-own.
